For Students: Downloads and Quick Tips

As children, tweens, and teens, you go through many changes as you grow up. You outgrow your clothes, you develop different interests and tastes, you become more independent and you make more of your own choices. Change happens to everyone but what matters most is how you adapt to that change.

Talk with your parents, teachers, counselors or another adult you trust. You can also check out the resources we have here to help you learn how to stay healthy, be safe, and protect yourself and your future.
